Sat. Sept 21 I visited my storage unit and discovered about 12 strange boxes that didn't belong to me. I then realized a number of my boxes were missing. My lock wasn't tampered, but my belongings were stacked strangely from last time I visited, and the strange boxes were strewn about. I noticed metal panels along the top of the walls that weren't there when I moved in June 29, 2023. I raised these concerns to manager Jessica and took the strange boxes to the office, confirmed by shipping labels to belong to a fellow customer [redacted].

We have not been able to contact [redacted]. We spent several hours trying to figure out what could have happened but with little results, and I was told the security camera footage would not be helpful because they only cover the entrances and elevators, not the actual hallways.

I have followed up every day since and taken inventory of what comics are still in my possession to determine what is missing.

On Monday 9/23 I also asked another employee Brandon if there had recently been panels installed to the tops of the walls, he claimed the panels have always been there and both him and Jessica said it was impossible for employees to access units without our permission or supervision.

Whether my boxes were stolen, or they somehow ended up in [redacted]'s storage unit, there has been unauthorized access to my unit. [redacted]'s belongings that were in my unit remain in the storage facility office awaiting her response.
